MATERIALS:

1 kg of beef parts gandik / silver sides
4 pieces of salam leaves
250 ml thick coconut milk
oil to fry

Flavor of mashed:

10 grains of red onion
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp coriander, fry without oil
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar red slices

Topping:
Fried onion

HOW TO:

1. Boiled beef parts gandik until soft, lift. Cut meat  follow the fiber 5 cm,thick 1 cm, hit.
2. Boil coconut milk, spices and salam leaves. Insert the meat and cook until the coconut milk subside, lift.
3. Heat oil, fry meat until brown, lift.
5. Serve with fried onion topping.
