SPECIAL CHICKEN PORRIDGE

MATERIALS:

2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
5 cloves garlic, chopped
100 gr onion, chopped
1 / 2 chicken, cut small
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt, 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp chicken taste

150 gr cans button mushrooms, sliced
150 gr sweet corn

Pulp:
150 gr rice
800 ml water
3 cm ginger, hit
2 stem citronella, hit

Topping: pangsit skin, slice, fry; coriander leaves

Complement: chili sauce

HOW TO:
1. Porridge: cooked rice with water, ginger, and citronella to be half-cooked porridge, lift.

2. Heat oil with sesame oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Enter the chicken, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper powder, cooking until chicken changes color. Add  chicken taste, mushrooms, and corn, cook until the chicken is soft, lift. Enter into pulp, the average poke.
