Squid Curry
Ingredients
250 gr fresh squid
250 ml coconut milk, from 1 young coconut
Turmeric 1 lbr daun
Kandis tamarind 10
1 tsp lemon grass, crushed
10 sheets of plain basil
1 teaspoon salt
Mashed Materials:
3 red onions
10 pieces of red chilli
2 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric
2 cm galangal
Directions
1. Cook the coconut milk until boiling, put spices that have been mashed and all ingredients.
2. Enter the squid, cook until soft and oily.
