Bacem Chicken With Oyster Sauce

Material:

– 4 pieces (475 grams) chicken thighs on the bottom –
– 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped –
– 2 pieces of dried red chili pepper, cut into pieces –
– 2 bay leaves –
– 4 lime leaves, discarded bones –
– 2 cm ginger, dimemarkan –
– 3 tbsp oyster sauce –
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce –
– 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper –
– 1 / 2 tsp brown sugar, combed –
– 200 ml coconut milk –
– 2 tablespoons cooking oil –

Method:

1. Saute garlic, dried red chili, bay leaves, lime leaves, ginger and lemongrass until fragrant.
2. Enter the chicken thighs. Stir change color. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper powder and brown sugar. Stir well.
3. Pour the coconut milk gradually. Cook until cooked through and absorb.
