Brain Beef Goulash-Resep Lebaran


Material:

* 1 kg of beef brain
* 1 liter of coconut milk (from a grain head)
* 1 bh kandis acid
* 15 mangkokan leaves, thinly sliced
* Salt to taste

Spices that are :

* 8 onions
* 2 cloves garlic
* 6 red chillies
* 2 cm turmeric
* 1 cm ginger
* Salt to taste

Method:

1. Steamed beef brain for 25 minutes, then lift the membrane and uric waste.
2. Knead leaves with 1 / 2 teaspoon salt, then rinse clean.
3. Boil half the milk, mix with the spice paste and cook until boiling.
4. Enter the preformance brain stew coconut milk and spices.
5. Add the remaining coconut milk and tamarind kandis, and cook, stirring frequently, until thickened and oily.
6. Enter leaves and stir until cooked.
7. Pick up and ready to be served.
