Cheese Croquettes

Materials:

* 2 tablespoons margarine
* 1 piece of onion, chopped
* 100 grams of wheat flour
* 1 hard boiled chicken breasts, diced
* 250 ml of liquid milk
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
* 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
* 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder taste
* 1 teaspoon nutmeg
* 50 grams of grated cheddar cheese
* 1 leek, thinly sliced

* 1 tablespoon chopped celery
* 50 grams button mushrooms, roughly chopped
* 3 tablespoons frozen peas
* 200 g flour PANIR fine-grained
* 1 egg beaten chicken out
* 500 ml oil for frying

Direction:

1. Heat margarine and saute onions until fragrant. Enter       flour
