Chicken curry recipe- Buka Puasa Recipe

Material:
1 chicken, cut into 10 sections
500 ml thick coconut milk
500 ml of liquid milk
4 lime leaves
2 tbsp tamarind water java
5 pieces of red onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
3 tbsp oil

Refined:
100 gr red chilies
10 pieces red onion
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp coriander
1 tsp white cumin
1 tsp sweet cumin
½ nutmeg
4 cm cinnamon
2 pieces mace interest
1 cm ginger
4 cardamom
How to Make:
1. Heat oil, saute onion slices and garlic until fragrant, put spices and orange leaves, and cook until cooked flavor.
2. Add chicken, stirring until chicken changes color, add the liquid coconut milk and cook until the spices soak into the chicken and juices to stay half.
3. Add the thick coconut milk and tamarind water and cook until all ingredients cooked.
