Chilli Prawn

Material:
8 medium-size  Windu shrimps
1 clove garlic, grated
1 teaspoon salt
cooking oil

Marinade:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
75 g onion, roughly chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tablespoons bottled chili sauce
2 red tomatoes, grated
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
150 ml water
1 egg, beaten
Complement:
Coriander leaves
Thinly sliced green onions

Method:

* Cut the shrimp legs and growled. Cut the shrimp’s back.
* Marinate the shrimp with garlic and salt until blended. Let stand briefly.
* Fry in hot oil until slightly dry. Remove and drain.
* Seasonings: Saute onion and garlic until wilted.
* Enter the other ingredients, except eggs, bring to a boil.
* Enter the fried shrimp, mix well.
* Pour the beaten eggs, stirring until cooked and stringy.
* Remove, sprinkle Supplementary material.
* Serve warm.
