Fried Fish Meal


Material:
– Gouramy 1 tail, fillet, cut length –
– 150 grams of corn flour –
– Wheat flour 150 grams –
– Ginger powder 1 / 2 tsp –
– Salt to taste –
– Pepper powder 1 / 2 tsp –
– Water 200 ml –
– 75 grams Margarine, soften –
– Cooking oil 200 ml –

Sauce:
– 150 grams Margarine, soften –
– 50 ml sweetened condensed milk –
– 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped –
– 5 tbsp tomato sauce –
– Salt to taste –
– Pepper powder 1 / 2 tsp –

Method:
1. Enter the fillets in margarine margarine to give the spices and stir well.
2. Mix cornstarch, flour and water to form a dough.
3. Heat oil, fry the fish until dark golden brown and cooked. Remove and drain.
4. Sauce: Combine all ingredients mix well.
5. Serve fish with sauce fried flour.
