Fruit Bread Toast

Material:
– Baking fresh skinless 10 wide, 7 cm diameter circular print –
– 1 kiwi fruit, sliced round, split into 2 parts –
– 4 canned peach fruit Fruit and thinly sliced –
– Strawberries 20 pieces, divided into 2 parts –
– Chocolate 50 grams of cooking teams –

Vla Ingredients:
– Fresh Milk 300 ml liquid –

– 75 grams of sugar –
– Egg yolks 1 point –
– Custard powder 35 grams –
– Flour corn meal 15 grams –

Spreads:
– Agar-agar 1 tsp –
– Water 250 ml –
– 50 grams of sugar –

Method:
1. Custard filling: Mix sugar and milk, cook until sugar has dissolved, stirring constantly. Pour the boiling milk slowly in a mixture of custard powder, cornstarch and egg yolks, stirring frequently, until the dough to thaw. Reinsert the custard powder mixture in boiling milk. Cook until boiling and cooked while stirring, remove from heat. Insert the plastic triangle.
2. Bake bread until crispy, remove from heat.
3. Rub surface of bread with flat cook until brown, place 1 tablespoon custard batter and set fruit – fruit topping.
4. Spread: Combine all ingredients and cook, stirring frequently, until boiling and cooked. Lift.
5. Brush the fruit with spreads. Freeze. Serve
