Glutinous Sarikaya

Material:
250 g white glutinous rice, rinsed, drained
1 pandan leaves, cut into pieces
300 ml coconut milk
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Layer:
6 eggs

2 tbsp pandan leaf water suji
150 g sugar
50 g rice flour
300 ml coconut milk

Method:

* Steamed glutinous rice with pandan leaves in the steaming heat until half cooked. Lift.
* Mix coconut milk with salt and sugar.
* Pour in the hot sticky rice, stir until blended.
* Steam again until cooked. Lift.
* While still hot, spread them evenly in pan.
* Layer: Whisk the eggs with leaves, suji, sugar and rice flour until blended.
* Add the coconut milk, stir well.
* Pour into the pan containing the sticky rice.
* Steam for the steam heat for 30 minutes. Remove and let cool.
* Cut into pieces. Serve.
