Green Putu Tegal

Material:
– 250 grams glutinous rice flour –
– 35 grams of corn starch –
– 1 / 2 teaspoon salt –
– 1 teaspoon water whiting –
– Suji leaves 150 ml water (from 25 sheets of suji leaf and 2 pandan leaves) –
– 6 pieces of plantain, cut into thick 1 / 2 cm –
– 50 grams of sugar for the topping –

Topping ingredients (steamed 15 minutes):
– 150 grams grated coconut –
– 1 / 4 teaspoon salt –
– 1 pandan leaves –

Method:
1. Mix glutinous rice flour, corn flour, salt and water whiting. Enter the warm coconut milk little by little suji adun alternately with water while stir until dough can be formed.
2. Put in 20x20x3 cm pan lined with plastic make thinly.
3. Put bananas on top.
4. Steam for 40 minutes on medium heat until cooked while occasionally opened (opened every 3 minutes).
5. Serve with a sprinkling of grated coconut and sugar.
