Ingredients:

Bolognaise sauce recipe Ingredients:

* 200 grams onions, finely chopped
* Four cloves of garlic, finely chopped

* 500 grams of boiled red tomatoes, peeled, chopped
* 150 grams of carrots, diced 1 / 2 cm
* 150 ml beef broth
* 1 tablespoon tomato paste
* 1 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
* 1 teaspoon ground pepper
* Half teaspoon dried Oregano
* 2 bay leaves

Bechamel Sauce Recipe Ingredients:

* 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
* 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
* 1 liter of fresh milk
* 1 / 4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
* 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
* 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
* 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 50 grams of grated cheddar cheese
Direction:

1. Bolognaise sauce: Heat the butter, saute onion until fragrant. Enter your ground beef, cook until change color. Put all the remaining ingredients. Stir and cook until the water run out. Lift. Set aside.
