Lettuce Meat Layer

Material:
1 head lettuce
150 g of beef for sukiyaki with little fat
Seasonings, mix well:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, grated
20 g onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp sesame oil
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Method:
