Salad Recipe: Edamame Potato Salad
300 g potatoes, peeled
200 g green cucumber, thinly sliced
100 g lettuce, sliced
2 pieces of bacon, small pieces, sauté
1 piece of hard-boiled eggs, peeled, chopped
Sauce, mix well:
150 ml bottled mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp sugar
½ teaspoon salt
* Cut the potatoes into pieces and then boiled or steamed until cooked. Remove and drain.
* Arrange all salad ingredients in a container.
* Pour the sauce, stirring until blended.
* Serve immediately.
