Scusa Pizza

Material:
Skin Pizza Dough 180 g
Topping:
60 ml tomato sauce
50 g mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
50 g tomatoes, thinly sliced
20 g bacon, thinly sliced
15 g rocket lettuce or leaf lettuce ordinary
10 g Parmesan cheese, drawstring
25 g of buffalo mozzarella

Method:

* Roll the dough until thin circular 32 cm.
* Brush the surface with tomato sauce.
* Sprinkle with cheese and lettuce.
* Bake in hot oven 300 C for 3 minutes until browned and puffy surface.
* Remove and serve warm.
