Sesame Cheese-Kue Kering Lebaran


Material:

200 gr cheese Edamer
100 gr parmesan cheese
400 gr butter mix (a mixture of butter: margarine = 3:1)
650 gr flour
4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
roasted sesame already half done.
2 egg yolks for sprinkling

Method:

Beat butter with cheese and eggs until well mixed, if I can with the mixer.
Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda then sieve together
Combine the two ingredients, do not be too diuleni, if there is a large disposable mixer so it is more crisp, not too much hands.
The preferred thickness of rollers and print preferred.
