Steak Salmon Apple Salad


Material:
2 pieces of salmon fillet
1 tablespoon olive oil
Marinade, mix well:
2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ tsp black pepper bruise

Apple Salad:
300 g apples, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon raisins
Sauce, mix well:
2 tablespoons bottled mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard paste
1 tbsp lemon juice / lime
½ teaspoon pepper

Method:

* Brush the salmon with the marinade until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes.
* Heat the oil, cook the salmon until cooked on both sides. Lift.
* Salad with Apples: Toss apples, raisins and sauce until blended.
* Serve the salmon with apple salad.
