Turmeric Fried Fish

Material:
4 mackerel fish / bawal fish, cut into pieces
cooking oil
Refined:
3 cm turmeric
3 cloves garlic
A walnut grain
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Layer:
1 beaten egg white
100 g coarse flour panir
1 tablespoon rice flour

Method:
Marinate the fish pieces with subtle seasoning until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Drain the fish, dip in egg white.
Roll in bread flour and rice flour until blended.
Fry in hot oil until golden yellow and more.
Remove and drain.
