Yoghurt Cookies-Kue Kering Lebaran

Material:
600 gr butter mix (2: 1)
800 gr flour
200 gr finely blended oatmeal
6 egg yolks
350 gr granulated sugar
200 gr cashew rather finely chopped
1 tsp strawberry essence
200 cc of plain yogurt, good if you can be a thick and creamy.
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tsp emplex (for crispy  cake) only additional.

meringue:
100 cc of egg white
350 gr granulated sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
a few drops of rose coloring.
(Taste the meringue should be somewhat wryly, if deemed less sour oranges can be added to water.)

Method:

Beat butter and powdered sugar with the eggs, yoghurt enter.
Combine flour, cashew nuts and oatmeal and baking soda and baking powder.
Mix the two ingredients above, then print rollers 1/2cm thick with mold and pastries, then oven at 160’C for 20 minutes.
lift, give meringuenya, then oven back 15 minutes.
