Keranjang Nanas Cake Recipe (Pineapple Cake)

Leather Material:
200 g butter
70 gr margarine
40 g powdered sugar
4 egg yolks
20 gr milk powder
400 gr flour
½ teaspoon salt

Pineapple jam Ingredients:
1 kg of meat pineapple, mashed / grated
400 grams sugar, or to taste
75 g unsalted butter

Method:
1. Make jelly: pineapple cook until the water is reduced, add the sugar, stirring constantly until half thick. Add the butter, stirring constantly until thick.
2. Beat the butter, margarine, and powdered sugar until blended, add egg yolks, salt, milk powder, and flour, stirring rate.
3. Take a little dough, flatten, put in the basket mold, fill with pineapple jam. Create straps crossed at the top basket.
4. Arrange on a baking sheet, bake in oven temperature of 150 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, spread with egg yolk 2-3 times, pangggang again until cooked.

Serve to 1250 grams
