Mie Laksa Ayam – Indonesian Recipe

Material:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 stalks lemongrass
150 g chicken meat, cut into pieces
1 liter of water
500 ml coconut milk
5 pieces of fried fish ball, cut into pieces
500 g of Hokkien noodles, rinse in boiling water, drained
puree:
5 red chilies
10 pieces red onion
1 cm turmeric
1 cm galangal
½ tsp shrimp paste fried
2 tsp salt
1 tablespoon curry powder
Complement:
100 g bean sprouts
2 tablespoons finely sliced ??scallions
3 tablespoons fried shallots
20 basil leaves
limes, cut into pieces

Method:

Stir-fry ground spices and lemon grass until fragrant.
Add chicken, stirring until stiff.
Add water and coconut milk, bring to a boil.
Enter the other ingredients, bring to a boil. Lift.
Place noodles in a bowl.
Pour the sauce and give it.
Serve with a complement.
