Ingredients:

Lemon Sauce:
½ tablespoon butter
20 g onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic finely chopped
½ teaspoon grated lemon peel
250 ml fresh cream
½ red plum tomatoes, seeded and roughly chopped
½ tsp black pepper, crushed coarse
1 tsp lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
Complement:

How to make:

Marinate salmon fillets with lemon and coarse salt. Set aside.
