Soup Recipes: Mushroom Cream Soup

Material:
1 tablespoon butter
30 g onion, chopped
250 g champignon mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 tbsp plain flour
250 ml of liquid milk
100 ml fresh cream
1 piece bay leaf
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 / 2 tsp nutmeg powder

1 teaspoon salt
100 g smoked chicken, cut into small
Complement:
Garlic Bread
Grated Cheddar cheese

Method:

* Saute onion until wnagi.
