Ubub Kambing – Tegal Recipe (Indonesian Food)

Ingredients:
1 kg of boned mutton (the ribs, thigh), cut into pieces
Soak Seasonings:
1 tablespoon sour fruit
5 cloves shallots, minced
1 tsp pepper powder
Stir-fry seasonings:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 tablespoons margarine
5 spring onions, ulek
1 teaspoon salt

Method of Ubub Kambing:

Soak the meat with enough water, and materials marinade for 1 hour while knead.
Boil meat until tender (can use presto cooker or pressure cooker, but a little while since a young goat meat is tender).
Once tender, drain and sauté with stir-fry ingredients, until dry.
Remove and serve warm.
