Shimeji mushroom pasta
Jakarta – Try to make a pasta dish is light and easy. Combined with mushrooms and beans, a dish complete!
150 g of whole wheat pasta shells / penne / fusili
50 g young green beans, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
100 g white shimeji mushrooms, sliced
Â ½ teaspoon black peppercorns, crushed slightly smoother
2 tsp fresh oregano leaves, sliced
100 ml fresh cream
1 tsp salt
100 g grated cheddar cheese
How to make:
Boil pasta in enough water until tender then drain.
Saute garlic until golden and fragrant.
Enter the beans and mushrooms, stirring until wilted.
Add pasta, pepper, oragano and salt and stir well.
Add the cream, stir briefly until slightly dry. Lift.
Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
