Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetables oil
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 2 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • A dash of salt
  • 1 cup of red wine
  • 1 pieces bay leaf
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 can frozen peas
  • 1,5 kilograms grilled beef chuck
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic
  • 2 tablespoon of Worcestershire
  • 3 tablespoon of flour
  • 2 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 can chicken stock
  • 1,5 pounds red potatoes

Procedure:

  • Remove any pieces of fat from the roasted beef and cut the beef into small cube. It will be easy to be done, when you cut the beef into slices, every slice into strip, and every strip into cube.
