Ingredients :

2 cups flour
1-3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
90 gr butter, chopped coarsely
1/3 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup sultanas
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk (approximately)
1 egg, beaten lightly
1 tbs caster sugar (extra)

Directions :

Stir flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon into large bowl; rub in butter, stir sugar , sultanas & chocolate chips. Stir in egg, then enough milk to mix to a moist but firm dough; drop heaped tablespoons of micture 5 cm apart ount grease oven tray. Springkle a little extra caster sugar over the top of each cake; bake in moderately hot oven about 15 minutes or until browned lightly. Loosen cakes; cool on tray.
