Beef With Black Pepper


250 gr beef, sliced thinly
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ onion, cut into thin
½ large red bell pepper, cut (1 cm x 2 cm)
50 g peas
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1½ tsp black pepper powder (or black pepper grains, roasted and roughly crushed)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tbsp sesame oil
Salt to taste


Heat the oil, put onion and garlic until fragrant, then put slices of meat, stir and pour a little water, cook until the water is low & cooked meat. Then enter sesame oil, black pepper, salt and oyster sauce, mix well. Enter peppers and peas, stir until  mix well with meat and spices for 5 minutes. Lift. Serve  warm
