Chicken Pangsit Soup

250 grams of chicken bones
1750 ml water
Sliced ginger
2 stem leaves onions
1 1/4 tsp angciu
100 grams of chicken meat
1 tsp bamboo sprout
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 canned button mushrooms
Skin pangsit

How to prepare:

* Boil chicken bones, water, ginger slices, 1 onion leaf stem , 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 tsp angciu. Take the consomme  1 1/2 liter.

* Smoothed chicken (chopped), 1 stem spring onion, bamboo sprout, grated ginger, 1/4 tablespoon angciu, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper powder.

* To make pangsit, place 1 sheet of skin pangsit, place one sheet of coriander leaves, 1 sliced ginger, and 1 teaspoon of dough contents. Folding with water. Pangsit boiled in boiling water until cooked

* Serve pangsit and 120 grams button mushrooms cooked in a crock bowls, siram sauce with broth and taburi with sliced spring onion.
