Chocolate Foam Pudding

600 ml of liquid milk
100 g dark cooking chocolate
75 g sugar
1.5 pack gelatin
1 yellow egg, shake
3 egg white

How to create:

• Cook milk with chocolate, sugar & gelatin until
sugar dissolves and boil.
• Take a little dough gelatin, with the yellow egg, mixed back into the dough.Poke.
• Lift, poke until quite warm.
• Shake egg white until stiff.
• Pour batter a little while until mixed evenly.
• Pour batter into mold volume to 1.5 liters.
• Leave to harden / frozen.
• cut and serve.
