Donuts recipe – Donut Cheese Ball
250gr high protein flour
100gr steamed potatoes, puree
gr instant yeast
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Milk powder 10gr
125ml iced water
1/2 teaspoon salt
600gr grated cheese
Donut: mix flour, potatoes, sugar, instant yeast, baking powder and milk powder, mix well.
Add egg yolk. Knead well. Pour in ice water while knead until mix.
Input margain and salt. Knead until elastic. Let stand 15 minutes
Press dough. Each Weight 10gr. Round it off, leave 10 minutes.
Press dough. Round it off again.Put a little flour on mold. Let stand 60 minutes until puffed.
Fry in oilwith medium heat until cooked. Chill
donut dip into margarine, roll in grated cheese.
