Gurami Fish Chili Bean Sauce


1 gurami fish
1 teaspoon salt
¼ tsp pepper powder
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 cloves garlic, sliced thin
2 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
2 cm ginger, sliced thin
2 tablespoon chili bean sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce salt
200 cc water
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar
2 Stem onion leaves thinly sliced
1 tsp maizena + 1 tablespoon water

How to Make:

1. Mix fish with salt, pepper, lime juice. Wait until 10 minutes. Fry until cooked
