Habang Chicken


1 chicken, cut into 10 parts
500 ml water
3 tbsp oil for frying
2 tsp brown sugar

Flavour of mashed:

15 pieces dried red chili
8 pieces red onion
5 cloves garlic
2 grains candlenut

2 cm ginger

How to create:

1. Saute flavour until fragrant spices and enter the brown sugar, cook until ripe.
2. Enter the chicken, poke until chicken changes color and mixed evenly with the spices. Give water, continue cooking until soft and ripe.
