1 chickens, cut into  8 parts
1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp lime juice
1 sheet leaves turmeric
3 pieces of orange leaves
2 stem citronella,hit
2 cm ginger, hit
1 liter of milk from 2 coconut

Flavor of mashed:

16 large red chili
12 grains of red onion
5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp coriander, fry without oil
2 cm ginger
3 cm turmeric, roasted
2 tsp salt


1. Wash chicken clean, mix with lime juice and salt, wait until 10 minutes,darin up.

2. Heat cooking oil, saute the flavour, enter turmeric leaves, lime leaves,citronella , and ginger, cooking until fragrant. Enter the chicken, cooking until chicken changes color.

3. Enter the coconut milk, cook until the chicken is soft, set dressing, and oily, lift. Serve warm.
