Kuluyuk Chicken With Mango Sauce


250 g chicken fillet, cut into thin oblique
100 gr spices flour
100 ml of water
1 egg
2 carrots, peeled & cut oblique thin, boiled briefly
100 g mango, thinly sliced

Ingredients for sauce:

3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ onion, thinly sliced

½ tsp pepper
½ teaspoon salt
½ tbsp vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon margarine
100 ml of water
1 teaspoon cornstarch, mixed with a little water


1. Combine the spices flour with water and egg, stir well and then dip the chicken pieces and fry one by one until golden and cooked.

2. Heat margarine and saute garlic and onion until fragrant, then enter all the other      ingredients, cook until boiling water, put cornstarch.

3. Enter a carrot and mango into the sauce. Then the chicken to the sauce of mango,    stir until well blended with the sauce. Lift. Serve.

Mangoes can be replaced with pineapples or lychees.
