MANGO TEA CAKE

Material:

125 grams of Margarine
200 grams sugar kastor
3 eggs
120 ml of corn oil
275 gram wheat flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
75 grams grated dried coconut
75 grams raisins
1 mango fruit cooked harumanis, cut dice
topping: almond slices


How to create

1. Shake Margarine and sugar until soft, enter the eggs one by one while the average continues to be shaken.
2. Enter the corn oil and wheat flour, poke the average, add baking soda, kayumanis powder, grated coconut and raisins, poke average. Add a snippet of mango, poke average.
3. Pour into the brass, give almond slices and roast for 45 minutes or until cooked, lift.
