Potatoes with Milk Sauce

500g potatoes for boiled, peeled, sliced into 6-8 slice
Water to boil the potatoes, season salt
Parsley to the sauce mixture and topping

Milk sauce:

2sdm margarine
250ml milk or use grädde
2s tsp flour
Vegetable broth taste 1 piece
pepper and salt to taste

Boiled potatoes over medium heat in +15-20 minutes or
until just cooked (not too soft).

Mix together: margarine, milk and flour and cook, stirring constantly, season vegetable broth taste, stir well, taste, season with pepper and salt to taste, parsley input and potatoes, continue to cook until the potatoes and the sauce is warm.
