Rica Rica Bawal Fish
2 (1 kg) Bawal fish
5 tbsp orange juice
5 tbsp oil for saute
15 grains of red onion
8 pieces red chili
10 green tomatoes the old / soft
1.5 cm ginger
1 citronella young stem, take the white, finely sliced
1.5 tsp salt
How to cook:
Clean Bawal fish, mix with lime juice,wait for 20 minutes and then wash.
Heat oil,saute spices,lift.
Poke the fish with some seasoning spices, wait for 1 hour.
Roasted seasoned fish on the coals of fire while on the back and forth, lift
serve immediately with the saute spices.
