TUTURAGA CHICKEN

Chicken Tuturaga

Material:

1 chickens, cut into pieces
1 sheet pandan leaves, cut into pieces
1 stem citronella, hit it
2 eggs, shake loose
2 pieces lemon, take water
5 tbsp oil for menumis
500 ml water

Flavour mashed:

7 red pepper
8 grains of red onion
3 cloves garlic
2 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger
5 grains candlenut
salt

How to Make:
1. Heat oil and seasoning saute, citronella and pandan leaves until fragrant. Then enter the chicken cutlet and cook until stiff.
2. Enter the egg shake, slosh to form a cloud of small eggs.
3. Give water and cook until the chicken and the sauce dry up / set. Add lime juice, poke average. Lift. Serve while warm.
