Asparagus Egg  Toaster

2 eggs, boiled, peeled
1 tablespoon butter
20 g onion, thinly sliced
2 pieces of bacon, cut length
150 g of fresh green asparagus, cleaned, cut into 3 cm
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

White Sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
10 g onion, chopped
1 tbsp plain flour
250 ml of liquid milk
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
50 g mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced


* Cut each into six sections hard-boiled egg. Set aside.
* Saute onions until softened and fragrant.
* Add chicken, stirring until wilted.
* Enter the asparagus and seasonings, stirring until wilted. Lift.
* Prepare the plate heat resistant. Pour asparagus stir and set pieces of boiled egg on top.

White Sauce:

* Saute until wilted bawnag Bombay.
* Sprinkle the flour, stirring until blended.
* Pour the milk, stirring until thick and boiling.
* Give salt and pepper and stir well. Lift.
* Pour into a bowl, spread them evenly. Give  sprinkle with cheese.
* Bake in hot oven 180 C for 15 minutes.
* Remove and serve hot.
