Berry Chocolate Cake Recipe – Resep Kue Kering Lebaran
* 175 g margarine
* 100 g unsalted butter
* 180 g powdered sugar
* 4 egg yolks
* 330 g flour
* 80 g cocoa powder
* 35 g cornstarch
* 50 g chocolate chips
* 50 g cloves
* 150 g powdered sugar
How to make Berry Chocolate Cake Cookies:
* Sift flour, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Set aside. Give baking pan with margarine. Preheat oven to 160C
* Beat the margarine, unsalted butter and powdered sugar for 2-3 minutes. Enter the egg yolks, continue whisk 1 minute or until well blended.
* Enter and stir flour gradually until they formed.
* Take a little dough, betuk rounded oval. Diloyang heel. Prick-prick with a toothpick to give texture, such as fruit. Put the cloves on top.
* Bake for 25 minutes until cooked. Remove and chill.
