Kakap Fish Mango Sauce
Material:
300 g Kakap Fish, cut into 3x1x1 cm
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3 tbsp plain flour
A chicken egg whites, beat until frothy
100 g coarse flour panir
Mango Sauce, stir together:
2 tablespoons sambal rough Lampung
1 tablespoon lemon juice
200 g mango, thinly sliced length
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp coriander leaves, roughly chopped
Method:
* Stir in fish pieces with lemon juice, pepper and salt until blended.
* Roll in flour until blended.
* Dip in egg white and then bandaged with panir flour until blended.
* Let stand until slightly dry.
* Fry in hot oil until golden brown and many dry. Drain.
* Serve the fried fish with sauce.
