Paprika Fish Burger
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter
300 g snapper meat, finely chopped
30 g red pepper, finely chopped
1 egg white, beaten
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ tsp pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
* Burger: Mix all ingredients until blended.
* Shape dough into a long round and slightly flattened. Set aside.
* Heat oil and margarine until hot.
* Fry burgers until cooked on both sides. Drain.
* Serve the burgers with a complement.
