Soya Berry Tapai Pudding
1 packet gelatin powder white
50 g sugar
400 ml unsweetened soya milk
2 egg whites
100 g green glutinous tapai
100 g blueberry jam
* Cook gelatin with sugar and soy milk to the boil and thickens. Lift.
* Beat the egg whites until thick and up.
* Enter the gelatin mixture bit by bit as she beat until dissolved.
* Pour into a mold according to taste. Allow to cool and harden. Refrigerate until cold.
