Spicy Sweet Tofu Egg


* 3 tablespoons cooking oil
* 2 cloves garlic, crushed
* 1 cm ginger, crushed
* 1 stalk lemongrass, take part and white, crushed
* 1 cm galangal, smashed
* 2 pieces of red chili, seeded and sliced thin oblique
* 2 leeks, sliced thin oblique

* 3 pack know eggs (egg tofu), sliced crosswise 2 cm, half-baked fries

Seasoning, mix well:

* 2 tablespoons fish sauce
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons bottled chili sauce, ready to use
* 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
* 1 teaspoon shrimp paste, fried puree
* 2 tablespoons lime juice
* 1 teaspoon salt

How to cook:

– Heat the oil, saute garlic, ginger, lemongrass and galangal until fragrant

Note: Egg tofu (tofu egg), sold in ordinary supermarkets on cooling rack, tubular, white and soft.
